Convivo
Convivo is a film about the rhythms of living together; with other people and with the more-than-human world. Filmed at an artist residency 600km north of Helsinki, it explores the frictions of shared space, set amidst the unwavering presence of the forest outside. Conversations about time, the planet, and ghosts emerge as subtitles, disconnected from embodied voices. The film reflects on conviviality, where coexistence is a network of ongoing, shifting relationships rather than a fixed state of being.
